We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website. Boughtems up and happy shopping for bottoms.
EXCHANGE ONLY! No Refunds. We will only accept returns within 14 days of your original purchase date. Original tags must still be intact. Please email us at email@example.com in order to have your return processed. We will reply within 24 hours for all return requests.
Please note that all return emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you send it to another email address, it will not be processed in a timely manner and this could result in not being able to exchange your items.
Return or Exchange requirements – Items must be unworn, unwashed, no stains or fragrances.
Exclusions: Clearance items – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES all sales are final. If you feel something was sent to you by mistake or the wrong size was given, we will make an exception. You must email us at email@example.com with a picture of your item to be returned as well as the original purchase receipt. We will need this to be sure that we did in fact make the mistake.
Washed Items – Items that have been washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Always be sure to check the label for proper washing instructions.
Personal Items – Things like swim wear, shoes and accessories; cannot be returned/exchanged. If you have a problem with something, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you and try to help you. There is no guarantee that we will be able to return these items, as they are personal items.
Return or Exchange requirements – Items must be unworn, unwashed, no stains or fragrances. If it is sent back with any of these things, we will mail it back to you and charge you for the shipping cost.
All transactions will have a shipping cost. Unless we have provided you with a code for free shipping. We only ship within the United States. Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii will vary.
Do you take orders over the phone?
We would be happy to help you make an order over the phone. Please send an email request to email@example.com with your name and phone number, this way we can reach out to you. You can also call us at 512.753.9955, make sure you have the product names and sizes/quantity that you want, this will help speed up the process.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Debit/Credit Cards. We do not except personal checks, money orders or any other form of payment that isn’t listed above.

How long does it take to get my order?
We process orders within 24-48 hours. Once the order has been fulfilled it should take 5‐7 business days to get to you. Arrival of products may take longer based on Holidays or weather conditions.
